Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading or using QR Studio, you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with mandatory consumer law or Apple’s applicable terms, those rules prevail.

2. Purpose of the App

QR Studio provides tools to scan, review, create, organize, and export QR codes and supported barcodes. Safety checks are informational and cannot guarantee that a code, link, website, or its content is safe.

3. Responsible use

You agree not to use the App to create, distribute, or facilitate content that:

• is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful;
• infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• contains malicious links, code, or instructions intended to compromise a device or person; or
• violates Apple’s terms or applicable law.

4. Your content and decisions

You are responsible for the content you scan, create, save, share, or open and for having the rights needed to use that content. Review link destinations and warnings before continuing to external services.

5. Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, change, or discontinue features. We do not promise that the App will be available without interruption or compatible with every code, image, device configuration, or third-party service.

6. Free features, advertising, and Pro

Scanning, on-device analysis, static QR creation, local history, and export are available without a paid plan. The free version may display a banner below QR Studio’s in-app destination browser and, occasionally, an interstitial before opening a scanned destination. QR Studio keeps its banner outside third-party website content.

QR Studio Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes ads and enables the Pro features described in the App at the time of purchase. The price, billing period, trial, and offer displayed by Apple before purchase control. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings; refunds are handled by Apple under its applicable terms.

7. Third-party services

Advertising is supplied by Google AdMob and purchases are processed by Apple. Those services are governed by their respective terms and privacy practices. Availability, fill rate, and the content of an advertisement are controlled by the advertising provider. Core local tools remain usable if an ad cannot be loaded.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without additional warranties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, advertisements, the accuracy of encoded content, or losses caused by choosing to open, share, or rely on a code. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Intellectual property

QR Studio, its software, visual design, and branding belong to Profitcentral SLU or its licensors. Your own content remains yours. The App is licensed, not sold, under the applicable App Store license terms.
